If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use the services.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 2 โ€” NATURE OF SERVICE

RepairCart operates as a service facilitation and managed service network, connecting customers with trained in-house technicians and verified independent service partners for home appliance repair and maintenance.

Depending on availability and service type, services may be delivered directly by RepairCart or through assigned service partners.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 3 โ€” DIAGNOSTIC & CONSULTATION POLICY

RepairCart offers structured diagnostic options:

  • Chat-based basic guidance is free and limited in scope
  • Voice, video, and home visit diagnosis are chargeable
  • Diagnostic charges are for time and expertise

Diagnostic charges are adjusted in the final bill if service is booked. If the user chooses not to proceed after diagnosis, the fee remains applicable and non-refundable.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 4 โ€” ESTIMATES & APPROVAL

All repair estimates are provided after proper inspection or consultation. Prices may vary depending on appliance condition, fault complexity, and parts required.

No repair work is initiated without customer approval. The final decision to proceed always remains with the customer.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 5 โ€” SERVICE EXECUTION

Services are carried out either by RepairCart technicians or assigned independent service partners. While RepairCart follows a screening and onboarding process, execution of work is performed at the service location based on the technicianโ€™s assessment.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 6 โ€” LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RepairCart takes reasonable care in coordinating and facilitating services. However, users acknowledge that appliance repair involves variables such as prior condition, usage, and external factors.

RepairCart shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to additional damage arising from pre-existing faults, electrical fluctuations, or prior repair attempts.

Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 7 โ€” PARTNER RESPONSIBILITY

Where services are delivered by independent service partners, the execution and on-site conduct remain the responsibility of the assigned partner. RepairCart continues to provide coordination and support as part of its service framework.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 8 โ€” WARRANTY & SERVICE LIMITATION

Any warranty, if provided, is limited to the specific service performed. Warranty does not cover issues arising from external factors such as power fluctuations, misuse, or unrelated faults.

Parts warranty, if applicable, is subject to supplier or manufacturer terms.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 9 โ€” PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Diagnostic charges apply once consultation or visit has been completed.

Accepted payment methods may include UPI, cash, or bank transfer.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 10 โ€” CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Customers may reschedule service requests based on availability. If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, applicable visit charges may apply.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 11 โ€” USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are expected to provide accurate information about appliance condition and ensure safe working conditions at the service location. Any known prior issues or repair attempts should be disclosed for proper diagnosis.


๐Ÿ”น SECTION 12 โ€” GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
