Diagnostic charges are non-refundable once the consultation or visit has been completed.
🔹 SERVICE PAYMENTS
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable unless there is a clear service deficiency identified and agreed upon.
🔹 CANCELLATION
If a booking is cancelled before technician dispatch, no charge applies. If cancelled after dispatch, visit charges may apply.
